NAIVE ART and SURREALISM - SUE EDGE has become one of New Zealand's most popular artists in these genres. Most of her work is pre-sold and we are fortunate in being able to offer just two acrylics on wrapped canvas.
JOHN PAPAS - You will find four exciting originals by this senior NZ artist on his page here. There are three oils on wrapped canvas and one mixed media. John revisits his Northland roots on both the west coast and eastern islands.
TONY RICE - Colourful and evocative pieces in both oils and pastels are available from this fine Central Otago artist.
JOHN HORTON Check out his delightful and very reasonably priced new paintings on this site. British born and trained, John has been a professional working artist in New Zealand for many years. His works are in collections throughout the world.

Our wide variety of artwork includes inexpensive reproductions as well as fine quality paintings. There is also a smattering of small sculpture. Many of the paintings and prints are behind glass and therefor don't reproduce well on this site. Please bear with us - we're doing our best!
McClelland Galleries continues to represent some special artists at Barachel Orchard, home of fine macadamia nuts and assorted delightful animals. The orchard is just five minutes off SH1 a few kilometers south of the Waipu village turnoff. Approaching from the south Glenmohr Road is first on the right after reaching the flat highway having finally glimpsed the fabulous landforms of Bream Bay from the top of Pillbrow Hill. From the north of course we are the last left turn before the hill. Our lane is 3.22kms up the road on the RHS and you drive right to the end, passing four other houses. Our dogs are really benign but we'd like you to phone in case they frighten you. Missy is a toy poodle, Blondie is a whippet x labrador - both rescued animals.
